So… I have made my initial venture into the world of wiki: http://wordsmatter.wiki.zoho.com/. I haven’t tested it in my school environment, so I don’t know if it will work–more updates soon.

Podcasts
A colleague of mine has a blog with MATH podcasts. I’m inspired to try some of this in my own classroom this year. Anyone else is interested in podcasting opportunities, or simply wants their own place to experiment and upload sound files to–check out the Global Classroom.
The website instructs: “Join the largest community of online educators by contacting Student Services for login and password information.” I sent an email from my school email account to studentservices@globalcassroomuse.org. I’ll let you know if I get a response.
